Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products we can not accept returns on personalized items. Therefore, please ask questions and be specific when entering your monogramming request, selecting fonts, sizes, and quanities. If an error occurs on our part we will gladly reissue item, and it will be rushed immediatley to you. There are no returns on these type items for any other reason.
If you are not 100% happy with any other purchase we will exchange or replace your item within 30 days- sorry, shipping cost are non-refundable. Just email me at susan@sewsusandesigns.com to begin the process.

Presently all our payment options are managed by Paypal. They are encrypted and your financial information is secure. Sew Susan Designs never handles or sees you financial information.
Our shopping cart service MAL is SSL secure and aproved by Paypal.
Privacy
The only emails you will receive from us are regarding the active order. We do not sell or give your email information to anyone at anytime for any reasons.
